Toni’s journey began with a business degree, followed by a leap into the entertainment industry. At Dick Clark Productions, she played a pivotal role in taking the company public on NASDAQ. Her career then led her to Motown Productions, where she worked closely with Suzanne de Passe in the Television Division. As Vice President of Operations and Administration, Toni spearheaded acclaimed television series, mini-series, cable specials, and award shows. 

For 13 years, Toni served as Broker of Record for Keller Williams-Santa Monica/Pacific Palisades Market Centers, responsible for the oversight of 400+ real estate agents and ensuring the success and growth of the firm’s multiple market centers. Her leadership during this time cemented her influence in the industry and contributed significantly to her expertise in navigating complex real estate transactions. 

Throughout her career, Toni’s fascination with mindset and spirituality has been a guiding force. Early on, she delved into metaphysics, integrating these principles into her professional and personal life. Her deep understanding of THE CONNECTION BETWEEN MINDSET AND SUCCESS has been instrumental in her achievements and leadership roles across diverse industries.

The Real Estate Radio Talk Show 

Toni was approached by Ron Quintero, the founder of RERN (Real Estate Radio Network), to provide accurate insights into local market conditions. Their mission was to help Americans maintain good credit, manage debt effectively, and achieve homeownership, particularly in the aftermath of the 2007 economic downturn. 

Toni HOSTED THE radio talk shows aimed at inspiring, motivating, and offering hope to those affected by the financial crisis. Ron Quintero provided a platform for Toni to undergo comprehensive training as a radio host. 

Transforming Entrepreneurial Journey 

Genius University is designed specifically for entrepreneurs. Toni’s introduction to Roger Hamilton, the founder of Genius University, was transformative. Through this experience, Toni discovered her genius, her true strengths, and learned that it’s perfectly acceptable not to be excited about certain things. 

AFTER TAKING THE Wealth Dynamics TRAINING, TONI REBUILT HER COMPANY TO surround HERSELF with individuals whose profiles complement EACH OTHER’S strengths. Passion for Empowerment  

Toni is deeply passionate about empowerment, particularly for women entrepreneurs. Embracing Lifelong Learning and Coaching 

Toni’s educational philosophy centers around the belief that “knowledge is power!” She strongly advocates for continuous learning throughout life, emphasizing that learning never stops. Since the early 1980s, Toni has been actively coached and has worked closely with coaches across various areas of her life, including business, personal development, spiritual growth, health, and physical fitness. 

For Toni, coaching represents the highest form of accountability. It provides guidance, support, and a structured approach to achieving personal and professional goals. Through coaching, Toni has consistently expanded her knowledge, honed her skills, and maintained a commitment to lifelong growth and improvement in all aspects of her life. 

Resilience, Empowerment, and Triumph 

For Toni, her biggest challenge by far has been her health journey. In 2007, amidst a crashing economy and a declining real estate market, she was personally diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). During this time, Toni also took on the role of primary caregiver for her 82-year-old mother, who underwent a tricuspid valve replacement due to heart issues. 

Alongside caring for her mother, Toni faced her own health battles, including severe spinal stenosis and scoliosis, which led to four extensive spinal surgeries between 2011 and 2021. Throughout these challenges, Toni has leaned heavily on mastering an empowered mindset, which has been her guiding light. Despite her health struggles, Toni also took on caregiving responsibilities for her older brother, who battled terminal colon cancer and Alzheimer’s disease. 

During her most recent surgery, the recovery did not progress as expected, presenting physical challenges. However, Toni’s determination and EMPOWERED MINDSET motto have driven her to maintain success in her endeavors. At the age of 66, Toni experienced a surprising turn in her personal life when she married her beloved husband, a divine connection that further exemplifies her positive and empowered mindset. 

Through these trials and triumphs, Toni’s journey underscores the power of resilience, positivity, and the unwavering strength of the human spirit in overcoming life’s adversities.  

Leveraging Technology and AI in Real Estate 

Over the years, Toni has recognized that all businesses thrive on several key pillars: relationships, systems, data, marketing, lead generation, follow-ups, and consistency. To elevate to the next level, leveraging these elements effectively is essential. Embracing technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), has proven to be highly effective for Toni and is a permanent fixture in today’s business landscape. 

Toni is honored and privileged to be among the first 42 real estate agents globally to achieve A.I. certification from the Krem Institute of Artificial Intelligence. This certification has equipped her with a diverse array of tools that enhance efficiency, provide access to extensive data, and enable her to dedicate more quality time to her clients.

With expertise spanning various areas such as the 50+ market, probate and trust sales, distressed properties, as well as standard sales and acquisitions, Toni finds fulfillment in guiding individuals and families through complex scenarios. To expand her impact even further, Toni recently launched a new division, TPA Luxury, bringing her knowledge and expertise to the luxury real estate market. This addition allows her to provide a tailored, high-level experience for clients seeking premier living. Her overarching aspiration is to create an impact, and she is deeply passionate about helping and supporting people in achieving their dreams. 

Advice for Aspiring Entrepreneurs 

Toni’s advice to aspiring entrepreneurs who aspire to make a significant impact in their fields is rooted in the belief that “Any and Everything is Possible.” She emphasizes the importance of clarity regarding one’s goals and ambitions. Toni encourages aspiring entrepreneurs to define precisely what they want to achieve and the specific goals they aim to accomplish.
